Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Hustle City collects and how we handle it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

1. What we collect

• Guest ID: a random identifier stored in your browser's localStorage. Used to save your wallet, scores, and votes.
• Game events: when you open the app, start a round, finish a round, share, vote, or send feedback. These help us improve the game.
• If you sign in with Google (later version): your Google email, name, and avatar URL.
• Write-in ideas and feedback: anything you type in those boxes.

2. What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your phone number, address, bank details, or exact location.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run third-party ad trackers in this version.

3. Where data lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Frankfurt, EU). Access is protected with row-level security.

4. Your rights

You can reset your local data any time in Settings → Reset. To delete server-side data tied to your guest ID, email hello@ubswift.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

5. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a child has played, they can reset local data in Settings at any time.
